It looks like lots of balloons playing follow-the-leader as they float through an interstellar wave tube!
Righteous!!!
Wow! You really feel the motion of the "wave" pulling you deeper into space. I love the idea of the ballons following the airplane and guiding the viewer into the painting.
This is most compelling. I love this series. The colors are superb! really pulls you forward.
